The hotel boasts beautiful decor with spacious, well-maintained common areas. Accessible paths made it easy for me and other seniors to navigate the grounds comfortably. The pool and beachside were lovely spots to unwind and enjoy the sun.

Our group had a fantastic vacation! The pools and beach were amazing, perfect for relaxation. We also checked out a nearby wildlife park, seeing animals up close was a blast, and indulged in some local cuisine that was to die for. Overall, the experience was truly memorable with great vibes and friendly people.

However, we found the check-in process a bit frustrating. Most staff didn't speak much English, which made it tough to communicate about our reservations. It would’ve been helpful if they could’ve exchanged US dollars too.

my family and i had an amazing stay here, far exceeding our previous experiences in cancun. the beach was beautiful with soft white sand, and we loved the exceptional service at the poolside bar. this resort truly made us feel pampered and cared for throughout our trip.

The Ocean Front Suite Double had stunning views of the Caribbean, and the beach was clean with calm waters. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We loved having access to the pool bar that offered delicious drinks and quick service right from our sun loungers.

The pools were absolutely stunning and the spacious rooms had breathtaking views. Alicia at the Mexican restaurant provided amazing service, but my dinner was bland and lacked flavor.
